We recognize that the responsibilities for safety and health are shared.

Northern Lights Locating and Inspection, Inc. accepts the responsibility for the leadership of the safety and health program, for its effectiveness and improvement and for providing the safe working conditions for all employees.

Employees are responsible for adhering to and complying with all aspects of Northern Light’s Safety and Health Program. This will also include Employee Based Safety (EBS), compliance with all rules and regulations and for continually practicing safety.

STOP WORK AUTHORITY

My work is never so urgent or important that I cannot take the time to do it safely.

As an employee of Northern Lights, I am accountable for the safety of my work environment and I have the authority and obligation to stop any work activity that I believe is unsafe.

Our objective is a Safety and Health Program that will eliminate the injuries and illnesses from our operations, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing the best existing safety programs in our industry. Our goal is ZERO INCIDENTS and ZERO TOLERANCE.
